CHARACTER CharacterAttribute (handle, character, character)
Purpose: Returns the value of a character attribute of the given
attribute buffer
Notes: Returns the default when the attribute is not part of the
buffer or carries no value

Parameters:
phAttributes HANDLE
The merged attribute buffer
pcAttributeName CHARACTER
The name of the attribute
pcDefault CHARACTER
The value returned when the attribute is not available
Returns CHARACTER
The attribute value or the default

GetGridDefinition (IRapidCloudRequest, dataset-handle)
Purpose: Serves the RCD GridDef endpoint type - renders the grid
definition from the MetaGrid repository object
Notes:

Parameters:
poRequest Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.IRapidCloudRequest
The request of the endpoint invocation
phResponse DATASET-HANDLE
OUTPUT The response ProDataset

Purpose: Renders a single grid column from the given column
instance
Notes:

Parameters:
poGridDefinition Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.RapidCloudGridDefinition
The grid definition to fill
poRepository Consultingwerk.SmartFramework.Repository.ISmartRepositoryService
The repository service
phRepositoryData HANDLE
The repository data of the MetaGrid
phInstanceBuffer HANDLE
The buffer positioned on the column instance
pcColName CHARACTER
The name of the column (the bound field)
phSchemaField HANDLE
The handle of the bound field of the entity temp-table, ? when the entity schema is not available
plGridEditable LOGICAL
The value of the Editable attribute of the MetaGrid
piPosition INTEGER
The position of the column

RenderColumns (RapidCloudGridDefinition, ISmartRepositoryService, handle, handle, handle)
Purpose: Renders the grid columns from the MetaField instances of
the MetaGrid
Notes: MetaDataField instances are bound to the field of their
master name, every other MetaField instance (lookup, combo)
to the field of its instance name (SCL-6043); instances of
other types (buttons, custom components) are skipped in
this version

Parameters:
poGridDefinition Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.RapidCloudGridDefinition
The grid definition to fill
poRepository Consultingwerk.SmartFramework.Repository.ISmartRepositoryService
The repository service
phRepositoryData HANDLE
The repository data of the MetaGrid
phAttributes HANDLE
The merged attribute buffer of the MetaGrid master
phSchemaBuffer HANDLE
The buffer of the entity temp-table providing the column data types, ? when the entity schema is not available

RenderGridSettings (RapidCloudGridDefinition, handle)
Purpose: Renders the grid level settings from the MetaGrid design
attributes
Notes: Follows the SCL-5724 attribute mapping

Parameters:
poGridDefinition Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.RapidCloudGridDefinition
The grid definition to fill
phAttributes HANDLE
The merged attribute buffer of the MetaGrid master

CHARACTER ResolveGridObjectName (IRapidCloudRequest)
Purpose: Returns the name of the MetaGrid object master serving the
given request
Notes: The GridObjectName of a keyed registration, otherwise the
DefaultGridObjectNamePattern applied to the Service Key of
the request (SCL-6043)

Parameters:
poRequest Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.IRapidCloudRequest
The request of the endpoint invocation
Returns CHARACTER
The name of the MetaGrid object master

HANDLE SchemaBuffer (IRapidCloudRequest)
Purpose: Returns the (schema) buffer of the primary temp-table of
the entity of the request, when a data endpoint service
is registered for the Service Key of the request
Notes: The schema buffer supplies the data type, label and format
of columns whose attributes do not carry them (lookup and
combo instances). Returns ? when no RapidCloudDataEndpoint
serves the entity

Parameters:
poRequest Consultingwerk.Integrations.RapidCloud.IRapidCloudRequest
The request of the endpoint invocation
Returns HANDLE
The handle of the primary temp-table buffer or ?

Purpose: Constructor for the RapidCloudMetaGridEndpoint class
Notes: The default service of the Keyed Service Container: the
MetaGrid is derived from the Service Key of every request
through the DefaultGridObjectNamePattern (SCL-6043)

Purpose: Constructor for the RapidCloudMetaGridEndpoint class
Notes: A keyed registration serving one MetaGrid for the entity
of its Service Key

Parameters:
pcGridObjectName CHARACTER
The name of the MetaGrid object master to render
