CHARACTER GetParameter (character)
Purpose: Returns the value of the given request parameter
Notes: Returns ? (unknown value) when the parameter is not part
of the request

Parameters:
pcParameterName CHARACTER
The name of the request parameter
Returns CHARACTER
The value of the request parameter or ? when the parameter is not part of the request

GetRequestData (dataset-handle)
Purpose: Fills the given dataset with the table shaped data of the
request body (record values, inbound ttResult rows,
ttPayload)
Notes: Inside an RCD web request the dataset is filled through
the Get-Session-WebRequest-Dataset procedure of the RCD
super procedure; outside a web request the data set
through SetRequestDataset (e.g. by unit tests) is copied
instead. The dataset keeps its (empty) tables when the
request carries no table shaped data

Parameters:
phDataset DATASET-HANDLE
INPUT-OUTPUT DATASET-HANDLE The dataset to fill with the request data
