AddDataBinding (Control, character, BindingSource, handle, character)
Purpose: Adds a data binding to the control
Notes: Mirrors the helper in ImageFieldRenderer to allow custom
DataBinding / RenderingControlType overrides.

Parameters:
poControl System.Windows.Forms.Control
The control to which the binding is to be added
pcDefaultBindingProperty CHARACTER
The default binding property
poBindingSource Progress.Data.BindingSource
The binding source
phAttributes HANDLE
The attributes buffer
pcInstanceName CHARACTER
The instance name

ApplyPickerAttributes (SmartFilePickerEditor, handle)
Purpose: Reads the picker-specific attributes from the attribute buffer
and applies them to the SmartFilePickerEditor instance.
Notes:

Parameters:
poControl Consultingwerk.Windows.Controls.SmartFilePickerEditor
The picker control to configure
phAttributes HANDLE
The attribute buffer for the field instance
