Top

ApplyDetailSpec (SerializableTreeNodeDetailSpec)

Purpose:	Applies the detail spec of the selected tree node to the
	rendered detail panel
Notes:	Filters the data source named by the Details:DataSource by the
Details:ForeignFields	ForeignFields / ForeignValues and repositions it to the
	record identified by the Details:KeyFields / KeyValues. Nodes
	without a DataSource, or with a DataSource that is not part of
	the rendered panel, leave the panel as it is

Parameters:
poDetails	Consultingwerk.CommonUi.Components.TreeView.SerializableTreeNodeDetailSpec
	The SerializableTreeNodeDetailSpec of the selected node

BuildTreeViewLayout ()

Purpose:	Builds the SplitContainer based tree view layout into the
	Form's FillPanel
Notes:	The DynamicTreeViewControl is placed on the left hand side, an
	empty content panel - that receives the rendered detail panel -
	on the right hand side

ContentFormShownHandler (Object, EventArgs)

Purpose:	Event handler for the Shown event of the rendered detail panel
	form
Notes:	The data sources of the panel retrieve their data from the same
	event (subscribed before this handler), so the detail spec of
	the node that caused the rendering is applied here

Parameters:
sender	System.Object
	The reference to the object that raised the event
e	System.EventArgs
	The System.EventArgs with the data for this event

DetailAdapterCommittedHandler (Object, EventArgs)

Purpose:	Event handler for the AfterAutoCommitTransaction and
	AfterCommitTransaction events of the detail panel's data source
Notes:	SCL-2033. Refreshes the selected tree node after the backend
	has saved the changes

Parameters:
sender	System.Object
	The reference to the object that raised the event
e	System.EventArgs
	The System.EventArgs with the data for this event

DetailAdapterUpdatedHandler (Object, AfterUpdateRecordEventArgs)

Purpose:	Event handler for the AfterUpdateRecord event of the detail
	panel's data source (data sources other than the
	SmartBusinessEntityAdapter)
Notes:	SCL-2033. Refreshes the selected tree node after a record has
	been updated

Parameters:
sender	System.Object
	The reference to the object that raised the event
e	Consultingwerk.SmartComponents.Implementation.AfterUpdateRecordEventArgs
	The AfterUpdateRecordEventArgs with the data for this event

InitializeTreeView ()

Purpose:	Initializes the treeview by fetching the root nodes for the
	configured RootNodeType
Notes:	The ISmartTreeNodeProvider for the RootNodeType is expected to
	be registered by the application

OnShown (EventArgs)

Purpose:	Initializes the treeview after the form has been shown
Notes:

Parameters:
e	System.EventArgs
	The System.EventArgs with the data for this event

RenderDetailPanel (character)

Purpose:	Renders the detail panel referenced by the given template into
	the content panel
Notes:	A previously rendered detail panel is removed first. The detail
	spec of the node is applied once the panel form has been shown,
	see ContentFormShownHandler

Parameters:
pcTemplate	CHARACTER
	The repository object name of the panel to render

SubscribeDetailAdapter (SmartDatasetAdapter)

Purpose:	Subscribes to the events of the detail panel's data source that
	signal a saved record
Notes:	SCL-2033. A SmartBusinessEntityAdapter raises
	AfterAutoCommitTransaction (AutoCommit = TRUE) or
	AfterCommitTransaction (AutoCommit = FALSE) once the backend
	has saved the changes; other data sources raise
	AfterUpdateRecord. A previously subscribed data source is
	unsubscribed first

Parameters:
poAdapter	Consultingwerk.SmartComponents.Base.SmartDatasetAdapter
	The reference to the data source of the detail panel

TreeNodeSelectedHandler (Object, TreeNodeSelectionEventArgs)

Purpose:	Event handler for the TreeNodeSelected event of the treeview
Notes:	Renders the DynamicPanelController referenced by the selected
	node's Details:Template into the content panel - unless the
	panel of that template is already rendered - and applies the
	node's detail spec (data source filter and record) to it

Parameters:
sender	Progress.Lang.Object
	The object that raised the event
e	Consultingwerk.Windows.Controls.TreeNodeSelectionEventArgs
	The TreeNodeSelectionEventArgs with the data for this event

UnsubscribeDetailAdapter ()

Purpose:	Unsubscribes from the events of the previously subscribed data
	source of the detail panel
Notes:	SCL-2033. Called before the detail panel (and with it the data
	source) is deleted
