AddLine (TextDocument, memptr, integer, integer)
Purpose: Adds the given byte range of the source as a text run
Notes: The bytes are read back as UTF-8, so the run carries every
character regardless of the session code page

Parameters:
poDocument Consultingwerk.Util.DocumentConverter.TextDocument
The document to add the line to
pmSource MEMPTR
The UTF-8 bytes of the whole source
piFrom INTEGER
The position of the first byte of the line
piLength INTEGER
The number of bytes the line occupies

Consultingwerk.Util.DocumentConverter.TextDocument Read (longchar)
Purpose: Reads the given plain text document into a new TextDocument
Notes: Every line of the source becomes one paragraph. A trailing
line ending yields a trailing empty paragraph, which is
stable: the plain text writer turns it back into the same
trailing line ending.

Parameters:
plcSource LONGCHAR
The longchar with the plain text
Returns Consultingwerk.Util.DocumentConverter.TextDocument
The TextDocument with one paragraph per line of the source
