The number of the Changelist
pcFileName CHARACTER
The name of the file to export to

Purpose: Returns a changelist description
Notes:

Parameters:
pcChange CHARACTER
The number of the Changelist
Returns LONGCHAR
The LONGCHAR with the change list description
