PUBLIC Ping (CharacterHolder)
Purpose: Routine that can be used by clients to PING the AppServer
Notes:

Parameters:
poKeepAlive Consultingwerk.CharacterHolder
The CharacterHolder who's value will be set to the Ping response

Purpose: Validates the AppServer Framework Version aginst the client Farmework Version
