System.Windows.Forms.Form GetActiveContextForm ()
Purpose: Returns the Form that provides the current context - the
active MDI child when there is one, otherwise the active
top-level Form
Notes: Must be called while the context Form still has the focus,
i.e. before a dialog such as the Quick-Launch palette is
shown - afterwards Form:ActiveForm is that dialog

Returns System.Windows.Forms.Form
The context Form, or ? when none can be resolved

Purpose: Returns the Name of the context Form resolved by
GetActiveContextForm
Notes:

Returns CHARACTER
The context Form's Name, or "" when none can be resolved
