CopyJsonSnapshotToClipboard ()
Purpose: Copies the support snapshot as a JSON file to the clipboard
Notes: Writes the snapshot to a JSON file in the session's temporary
directory and puts a file drop list referencing that file on
the clipboard, so that pasting e.g. into an e-mail attaches
the file

CopyRtfSnapshotToClipboard ()
Purpose: Copies the support snapshot as an RTF document to the clipboard
Notes: The clipboard also receives a plain text representation of the
snapshot as a fallback for applications not supporting RTF
