Purpose: Returns the ValueList for the given key
Notes: Defaults to the Description field as the Display Text Field

Parameters:
pcValueListKey CHARACTER
The key to return a value list for
Returns Infragistics.Win.ValueList
The ValueList for the given key

Purpose: Returns the ValueList for the given key
Notes:

Parameters:
pcValueListKey CHARACTER
The key to return a value list for
poDisplayText Consultingwerk.Windows.Framework.ValueListDisplayTextEnum
The ValueListDisplayTextEnum member controlling how the display text is determined
Returns Infragistics.Win.ValueList
The ValueList for the given key
