Consultingwerk.Framework.RepositoryServices.SmartComboEditorDescriptor GetComboDefinition (CharacterHolder)
Purpose: Returns the definition stored in a .combo file
Notes: The file name is resolved relative to the PROPATH. Raises a
FileNotFoundException when the file does not exist.

Parameters:
poValue Consultingwerk.CharacterHolder
The CharacterHolder with the relative file name of the .combo file
Returns Consultingwerk.Framework.RepositoryServices.SmartComboEditorDescriptor
The SmartComboEditorDescriptor with the contents of the file
