Purpose:	Adds the checkbox selection options of a MetaTreeView instance
	to the component options
Notes:	SCL-5833. checkboxes turns the checkbox column on (off by
	default, so existing tree views are unaffected). checkedNodes
	names the field of the hosting viewer's data source the checked
	nodes are bound to - the web client applies the field value of
	the current record to the tree and writes the value back when
	the user checks or unchecks a node, in the same way as
	rootNodeFilterFields follows the record navigation.
	checkedNodesDelimiter separates the key tokens in that value;
	a key token is the values of the KeyFields of the node's
	Details spec, comma joined in the order of the KeyFields (e.g.
	"5001,4"), which is why the default delimiter is the pipe
	character. The options are always emitted, so the client does
	not have to distinguish a missing option from a disabled one

Parameters:
poOptions	Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
	The JsonObject with the component options
phAttributes	HANDLE
	The record buffer with the object attributes

Purpose:	Returns the value of the given attribute from the attributes
	buffer
Notes:	Returns an empty character value when the attribute is not
	part of the buffer (e.g. not yet registered for the object
	type) or has the unknown value, so the rendering does not
	depend on the registration state of the optional attributes

Parameters:
phAttributesBuffer	HANDLE
	The handle of the buffer describing the object attributes
pcAttributeName	CHARACTER
	The name of the attribute to return the value of
Returns	CHARACTER
	The attribute value or an empty character value

Notes:

Parameters:
pcObjectInstanceGuid	CHARACTER
	The GUID of the current object instance
phAttributesBuffer	HANDLE
	The record buffer with the object attributes

	The repository data to render (ProDataset)
Returns	Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
	The JSON object describing the component

Purpose:	Renders a MetaTreeView instance placed on a dynamic viewer as
	JSON
Notes:	SCL-5705. The web client resolves the &1 .. &9 placeholders of
	the rootNodeFilter template with the values of the
	rootNodeFilterFields fields of the viewer's current record and
	passes the result as the filter query parameter of the
	/SmartViews/TreeRootNode/{rootnodeid} request. Without a
	template the field values are passed as a JSON object; without
	filter fields the rootNodeFilter value is passed verbatim. The
	events member carries the NodeClick / NodeDoubleClick
	server-side event handler registrations

Parameters:

	The name of the repository field
