Purpose:	Adds an event handler attribute value to the component options
Notes:	On a viewer a "server:" handler is skipped, it is rendered as a
	server-side event by ComponentRenderingHelper:AttachServerEvents

Parameters:
poOptions	Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
	The JsonObject with the component options
pcOptionName	CHARACTER
	The name of the component option
pcHandler	CHARACTER
	The value of the event handler attribute
plViewer	LOGICAL
	Logical value indicating if the instance is rendered on a viewer

Purpose:	Adds the upload options of a MetaFileUpload instance to the
	component options
Notes:	Shared by the form and the viewer rendering. The event handler
	attributes are emitted unchanged on a form; on a viewer only
	client side logic handlers are emitted here, "server:" handlers
	are rendered as inputSettings.events by RenderJson

Parameters:
poOptions	Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
	The JsonObject with the component options
phAttributes	HANDLE
	The record buffer with the object attributes
plViewer	LOGICAL
	Logical value indicating if the instance is rendered on a viewer

Purpose:	Returns the value of the given attribute from the attributes
	buffer
Notes:	Returns an empty character value when the attribute is not
	part of the buffer (e.g. not registered for the object type)
	or has the unknown value

Parameters:
phAttributesBuffer	HANDLE
	The handle of the buffer describing the object attributes
pcAttributeName	CHARACTER
	The name of the attribute to return the value of
Returns	CHARACTER
	The attribute value or an empty character value

Notes:

	The GUID of the current object instance
phAttributesBuffer	HANDLE
	The record buffer with the object attributes
phRepositoryData	HANDLE
	The repository data to render (ProDataset)
Returns	Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
	The JSON object describing the component

Purpose:	Renders a MetaFileUpload instance placed on a dynamic viewer as
	JSON
Notes:	SCL-6034. Rendered as a viewer field with the input type
	"fileupload" (SCLNG-1796), shaped like the button field. The
	control is never bound to a field of the viewer's record. The
	enabledState, enableRules and visibilityRules are added by the
	viewer container renderers (WebViewerRenderingHelper), the CSS
	class list by the SmartRepositoryService. Upload events with a
"server:"	" handler are emitted as inputSettings.events, client
	side logic handlers as the beforeUpload / onSelect / onSuccess /
	onError component options

Parameters:
pcObjectName	CHARACTER
	The name of the repository field
pcScope	CHARACTER
	The scope to bind the field to (for additional properties)
pcFieldModel	CHARACTER
	The model to bind the field to
pcFieldName	CHARACTER
	The name of the field
plMandatory	LOGICAL
	Logical value indicating if the field is mandatory

	Logical value indicating if the field is mandatory
