ResolveLookupProperties (ListInputPrompt)
Purpose: Resolves the repository lookup references (LookupName) of the
lookup properties of the given input prompts into the inline
lookup properties expected by the web client
Notes: Inline lookup properties explicitly provided by the server-side
event handler author keep taking precedence over the repository
lookup definition. Lookup properties that already carry the
complete inline lookup definition are left unchanged

Parameters:
poInputPrompts Consultingwerk.Framework.MessageInteraction.ListInputPrompt
The list of input prompts to resolve the lookup properties of
