CHARACTER ParseFieldValues (character)
Purpose: Parses the quotes list of field values
Notes: SCL-5916: Every space-delimited token becomes a value. Unquoted
tokens cannot be told apart from values of non-character fields,
so for "<label> <value>" input (database tables, temp-tables
from OpenEdge 13.0 on) the words of the field labels/names are
returned as values as well: Sales Rep "bbb" returns Sales, Rep
and bbb. Use ErrorHelper:ParseError132 (poError, phBuffer) to
resolve the field names and the individual field values reliably

Parameters:
pcFieldValues CHARACTER
The list of field values (double space-delimited, quoted)
Returns CHARACTER
The CHARACTER EXTENT with the individual field values

Error132Info (character, character, character[], character[], character[])
Purpose: Constructor for the Error132Info class
Notes: Used when the field names have been resolved from the buffer
that raised the error 132 (see ErrorHelper:ParseError132 with
buffer handle parameter). FieldNames, FieldLabels and Values
are parallel arrays

Parameters:
pcTableName CHARACTER
The initial Value for TableName
pcFieldValues CHARACTER
The initial Value for FieldValues
pcFieldNames CHARACTER
The initial Value for FieldNames
pcFieldLabels CHARACTER
The initial Value for FieldLabels
pcValues CHARACTER
The initial Value for Values
