ObtainSessionInfoHandler (Object, JsonObject)
Purpose: Event handler for SessionInfoProvider:ObtainSessionInfo
Notes: Adds the "Class Name Cache File" section

Parameters:
sender Progress.Lang.Object
The object that raised the event
poSessionInfo Progress.Json.ObjectModel.JsonObject
The JsonObject with the session info

LOGICAL Read (dataset)
Purpose: Reads the persisted class name cache into the dataset
Notes: Returns false (and logs the reason) when no file name is
configured, the file does not exist or cannot be parsed. The
ClassNameCacheService validates the content afterwards

Parameters:
dsClassNameCache DATASET dsClassNameCache
OUTPUT The dataset with the persisted class name cache
Returns LOGICAL
Logical value indicating if the cache was read

Notes: Takes the file name from the ClassNameCacheFile setting
