INTEGER FindAnnotationLine (character, character)
Purpose: Returns the line number the given annotation appears on
Notes: Occurrences inside comments (which nest in ABL) and inside
string literals are ignored. Returns 0 when the annotation does
not appear in this file - which includes the case of it sitting
in an include file, see the class notes

Parameters:
pcFileName CHARACTER
The name of the source file to scan
pcAnnotation CHARACTER
The name of the annotation, with or without the leading @
Returns INTEGER
The 1-based line number of the first occurrence, or 0 when not found

INTEGER ScanLine (character, character, integer)
Purpose: Scans a single source line for the annotation
Notes: The block comment nesting depth is carried in and out, so that
comments spanning several lines are tracked correctly

Parameters:
pcLine CHARACTER
The source line to scan (without the line break)
pcAnnotation CHARACTER
The annotation name to look for, including the leading @
piCommentDepth INTEGER
INPUT-OUTPUT The block comment nesting depth at the start / end of the line
Returns INTEGER
The 1-based column of the annotation, or 0 when it is not on this line
