AppendTextElement (handle, character, character)
Purpose: Appends a child element with the given text value to the parent
node
Notes:

Parameters:
phParentNode HANDLE
The parent X-NODEREF to append the element to
pcElementName CHARACTER
The name of the element to append
pcText CHARACTER
The text value of the element

LONGCHAR BuildFeedDocument ()
Purpose: Builds an Atom feed document from the ttFeed temp-table
Notes: Emits the elements the web frontend consumed from the previously
proxied Confluence RSS feed: entry title, link href, category
term, published, updated and summary

Returns LONGCHAR
The Atom feed XML document as a longchar

Consultingwerk.OERA.RestResource.RestMethodResponse GetReleaseNotes ()
Purpose: Fetches the Release Notes and returns it to the caller
Notes: SCL-5597: Downloads the release notes through the Confluence
REST API (ReleaseNotesDownloader/ReleaseNotesParser) and returns
them as an Atom feed document to keep the response contract of
the previously proxied Confluence RSS feed. When the retrieval
fails, a Bad Gateway error status is returned so that the caller
can distinguish a failure from an empty feed

Returns Consultingwerk.OERA.RestResource.RestMethodResponse
