Purpose: Processes a JPNode
Notes: Does not manipulate the Nodes. Need to call ProcessNodes() after
the NodeWalker

Parameters:
poNode org.prorefactor.core.JPNode
The JPNode to process
Returns LOGICAL
Logical value indicating if the process should be cancelled
