Purpose: Qualifies the END statement of the given Node
Notes: The qualifier node is created through IParseUnit:CreateNode
(SCL-5461)

Parameters:
poParseUnit Consultingwerk.Studio.ProparseApi.IParseUnit
The IParseUnit the node belongs to
poNode Consultingwerk.Studio.ProparseApi.INode
The INode which is the parent of the END block
pcQualifier CHARACTER
The qualifier (METHOD, PROCEDURE, ...) to add to the END block
poNodeType Consultingwerk.Studio.ProparseApi.NodeTypesEnum
The NodeTypesEnum member representing the qualifier
