PUBLIC GetTableAndFieldNames (character, logical, table)
Purpose: Extracts Package, Table and Fields names from the smfdia file into
the provided temp-table
Notes: The temp-table might be used for schema translation

Parameters:
pcSmfDiaFile CHARACTER
The name of the .smfdia file to parse
plInsertEmptyLines LOGICAL
Logical value indicating if empty records should be added after each temp-table
ttTableAndFieldNames TEMP-TABLE ttTableAndFieldNames
The output temp-table, from Consultingwerk/SmartFramework/Tools/ErdApi/ttTableAndFieldNames.i
