ValidateBuffers (handle, character)
Purpose: Validates that all specified buffers are members of the provided ProDataset
Notes: When a buffer is not part of the dataset, checks if it can be resolved to a
database buffer name and throws the appropriate exception

Parameters:
phDataset HANDLE
The dataset handle of the referenced Business Entity
pcBuffers CHARACTER
Comma delimited list of buffer names to validate

ValidateDataSourceSettings (character, character, character)
Purpose: Validates the settings of a DataSource object master
Notes: Validates the referenced Business Entity and ensures EntityTable and
EntityView buffers are members of the Business Entity ProDataset.

Parameters:
pcBusinessEntityName CHARACTER
The Business Entity class name
pcEntityTable CHARACTER
The entity-table buffer name
pcEntityView CHARACTER
Comma delimited list of view-table buffer names
