Consultingwerk.LogicalHolder GetAllowAssignmentInOtherLoginCompany (LogicalHolder)
Purpose: Returns if security assignments may be created or updated for a
login company other than the current login company
Notes: Proxies the GetAllowAssignmentInOtherLoginCompany method of the
ISecurityService so that AppServer GUI clients (ServiceAdapter) and
the Angular client (REST) can obtain the value

Parameters:
poParameter Consultingwerk.LogicalHolder
The LogicalHolder receiving the value
Returns Consultingwerk.LogicalHolder
The LogicalHolder with the value

Purpose: Returns the list of supported rest addresses for methods
to the caller
