Notes: Alternative to the search constructors which are by UserGuid or
UserName in combination to LoginCompanyGuid

Parameters:
pcUserName CHARACTER
The user name to search for
Returns Consultingwerk.SmartFramework.Authentication.UserDatasetModel
A UserDatasetModel instance filtered by the user name (any login company)
