LOGICAL CanProcessRequest ()
Purpose: Returns if the request the caller is positioned on can be
processed now
Notes: A request can be processed when every foreign field value
that is provided by another lookup of the batch has been
resolved, iow when that lookup has been processed already

Returns LOGICAL
TRUE when the request can be processed now

INTEGER CountPendingRequests ()
Purpose: Returns the number of requests that have not been processed yet
Notes:

Returns INTEGER
The number of unprocessed ttLookupRequest records

FetchLookupData (dataset)
Purpose: Fetches the data of all lookups of the dataset
Notes: The ResultData and ErrorMessage fields of a request record
are filled by this method and travel back to the caller in
the same dataset

Parameters:
dsLookupData DATASET dsLookupData
INPUT-OUTPUT The dataset with the lookups to fetch

CHARACTER GetQueryString ()
Purpose: Returns the query string of the request the caller is
positioned on, extended by the criteria for its foreign fields
Notes: A foreign field that the entity table of the lookup does not
have and a foreign field without a value are ignored, so that
a foreign field which does not describe a column of the lookup
cannot break the query

Returns CHARACTER
The query string to execute

CHARACTER GetRequestTables ()
Purpose: Returns the comma delimited list of tables to fetch for the
request the caller is positioned on
Notes:

Returns CHARACTER
The entity table, followed by the entity view tables

LOGICAL PositionFirstRow (handle, character, handle, handle)
Purpose: Positions a query on the first record of the given table of
the given dataset
Notes: The caller is responsible for deleting the query handle

Parameters:
phDataset HANDLE
The handle of the dataset to read from
pcTable CHARACTER
The name of the temp-table to read from
phBuffer HANDLE
OUTPUT The handle of the buffer of that temp-table
phQuery HANDLE
OUTPUT The handle of the query opened by this method
Returns LOGICAL
TRUE when a record is available

ProcessRequest ()
Purpose: Executes the query of the request the caller is positioned on
and stores the resulting dataset in its ResultData field
Notes: Operates on the ttLookupRequest record the caller is
positioned on

ProvideForeignFieldValues (handle)
Purpose: Provides the values of the foreign fields that are resolved
from the record of the request the caller is positioned on
Notes: Invoked after a request has been fetched, so that the lookups
depending on it find their foreign field values when they are
processed

Parameters:
phDataset HANDLE
The handle of the dataset returned for the request
