AddDesignerField (MetaDataFieldTableModel, character, handle)
Purpose: Adds a single designer field row for the current
MetaDataField record of the given TableModel
Notes:

Parameters:
poField Consultingwerk.SmartFramework.Repository.BusinessEntities.MetaEntityTable.MetaDataFieldTableModel
The MetaDataFieldTableModel positioned on the field record
pcTableName CHARACTER
The name of the temp-table the field belongs to
phDesignerFieldsBuffer HANDLE
The buffer of the ttDesignerFields temp-table to add the row to

AddDesignerFields (character, handle, handle)
Purpose: Adds the designer field metadata of the given table to
the given ttDesignerFields buffer
Notes: Reads the MetaDataField object masters of the
MetaEntityTable named like the temp-table from the
SmartFramework repository; a table without a repository
registration is described through temp-table reflection
instead

Parameters:
pcEntityName CHARACTER
The name of the Business Entity the table belongs to
phTableBuffer HANDLE
The (schema) buffer of the table to describe
phDesignerFieldsBuffer HANDLE
The buffer of the ttDesignerFields temp-table to add the rows to
