Purpose: Returns the refreshed node of the given node type identified
by the given key values
Notes: Returns the unknown value when the provider does not serve the
node type or when the record behind the node does not exist
(any longer)

Parameters:
pcNodeType CHARACTER
The node type
poKeyValues Consultingwerk.Framework.Collections.CharacterDictionary
The key values identifying the node
Returns Consultingwerk.CommonUi.Components.TreeView.SerializableTreeNode
The refreshed SerializableTreeNode instance or the unknown value
