Purpose: Parses the Parse Unit for the first AssignSkipDictionary invocations
in the first constructor with a single parameter
Notes:

Parameters:
poParseUnit Consultingwerk.Studio.ProparseApi.IParseUnit
The proparse ParseUnit
Returns Consultingwerk.BusinessEntityDesigner.Services.ListAssignSkipDictionaryEntry2
The ListAssignSkipDictionaryEntry2 with the parse results

ParseAssignSkipList (INode, ListAssignSkipDictionaryEntry2)
Purpose: Parses the given constructor code block for an assignment to the
legacy AssignSkipList property
Notes: SCL-5825: The AssignSkipDictionary entries supersede the
AssignSkipList, so the generator removes the assignment when it
writes dictionary entries - after asking the developer. The
property is recognized as AssignSkipList and
THIS-OBJECT:AssignSkipList, AssignSkipList, both in an assignment statement and
in an ASSIGN statement. The first assignment found is reported

The code block of the constructor
