Notes: Unsubscribes from events

Purpose: Method called when the Business Entity Designer is starting and
has loaded the plugin
Notes: Subscribes to the GenerationFinished and ValidateDesign events
of the Business Entity Generator and registers the descriptor
properties with the custom properties infrastructure (SCL-5831)
