ProcessGeneratedFile (character)
Purpose: Enforces the OEDT comment style on a single generated file
Notes: SCL-5660: Invoked once per file at the end of the generation run
rather than on every AfterWriteFile - the generator announces the
Data Access class four to five times per regeneration, and every
pass but the last was thrown away by the next generator write

Parameters:
pcFileName CHARACTER
The resolved name of the generated source file
