Purpose: Locates Annotations with the specified name

The name of the Annotation to locate
Returns Consultingwerk.Studio.ListAnnotation
The ListAnnotation with the list of the annotations

The current parent node

poList Consultingwerk.Studio.ListAnnotation
The ListAnnotation with the list to add the annotations to
