Purpose: Returns the SmartBusinessEntityLookupDescriptor instance for the
specified security realm
Notes: RESTful variant of the method in the SecurityRealmInfoService

Parameters:
poParameter Consultingwerk.CharacterHolder
The CharacterHolder with the SecurityRealmGuid
Returns Consultingwerk.Framework.RepositoryServices.SmartBusinessEntityLookupDescriptor
