Purpose: Validates that a configuration value is present
Notes:

Parameters:
pcSettingName CHARACTER
The name of the configuration provider setting to test for

Purpose: Validates a session startup
Notes: Expected to throw an error, when the session startup is
cancelled due to misconfiguration
