PUBLIC GetFilesFromLibrary (character, character, table)
Purpose: Returns the list of files from the given procedure library
Notes:

Parameters:
pcLibraryName CHARACTER
The name of the Procedure Library
pcFileNames CHARACTER
Filter (Matches for the file names)
ttFileNames TEMP-TABLE ttFileNames
OUTPUT TEMP-TABLE with the resulting file names
