LOGICAL ImportFile (character, character)
Purpose: Imports a repository object from a file
Notes: Prompts to update GUID if the imported file has a different GUID than the repository object

Parameters:
pcFileName CHARACTER
The name of the file to import
pcImportedGuid CHARACTER
The GUID of the imported repository object
Returns LOGICAL
Logical value if the remaining import should be canceled

Purpose: Resets the update guid conflict flag
