SubscribeColumnEventHandler (SmartDataBrowser, character, character, character)
Purpose: Subscribes an event of a grid column to an Event Handler in the Grid Logic Class
Notes: The event handler method needs to be PROTECTED in the Grid Logic Class. It
receives the UltraGridColumn as the sender and the event arguments of the
underlying grid or editor event

Parameters:
poGrid Consultingwerk.SmartComponents.Implementation.SmartDataBrowser
The SmartDataBrowser owning the column
pcColumnKey CHARACTER
The key of the column (the instance name of the column in the MetaGrid)
pcEventName CHARACTER
The name of the event to subscribe
pcHandlerName CHARACTER
The name of the event handler method
