Purpose:	Interface for classes (SmartViewerControl / SmartUpdatableBrowser
	that support prompting the user to save changes when a
	Form is deactivated
Description:	The behavior is similar to the ICheckOkToClose behaviour
	with the difference, that the Deactivate will not be
	prevented
