Purpose: Returns the CharacterList of related tables
Notes: Each entry is in the form of DatabaseName.TableName

Parameters:
pcDatabaseName CHARACTER
The database name of the source database table
pcTableName CHARACTER
The name of the source database table
Returns Consultingwerk.Framework.Collections.CharacterList
The CharacterList with the related tables
