GET-ERROR-COLUMN( ) method

Returns the listing column number at which the nth error occurred in the preceding ABL source code compilation.

This method is supported only for backward compatibility. Use the GET-COLUMN( ) method instead.

Syntax

GET-ERROR-COLUMN ( n )

n

An integer expression, from 1 to the value of the NUM-MESSAGES attribute, that specifies the numeric occurrence of a compilation error. If the nth occurrence of a compilation error did not occur, this method returns the Unknown value (?).
