Transfers control to a dispatch routine (PRODSP)
that then calls a C function. You write the C function using ABL
Host Language Call (HLC) interface.
      ABL HLC consists of a
collection of C functions that:

        - Obtain data from ABL
shared variables and buffers

        - Set data in ABL shared variables and buffers

        - Control screen modes

        - Provide ABL-like messages in the message area at the bottom
of the screen

Using HLC, you can extend ABL with your
own C functions.

    Syntax

                CALL routine-identifier [ argument ] ...
               |

          -
            routine-identifier

          - The name the PRODSP dispatch routine used to identify the C
function to call.

          -
            argument

          - One or more arguments that you want to pass to the C function.
