Creates an instance of a server object and
assigns its handle to the handle variable you specify.
Syntax
CREATE SERVER handle
[ ASSIGN { attribute = expression } ... ]

handle
- A variable of type HANDLE into which CREATE SERVER stores the
new server handle.
- ASSIGN {attribute
= expression}...
- Assigns specified values to attributes of the handle. The attribute parameter
must be the name of a valid attribute for a server handle, and the expression parameter
must evaluate to a valid value for the attribute.
